Terms of Use
These documents describe the current information website and proposed future terms. Legal entity details, allocation of Panama/BVI responsibilities and the contractual effective date are not yet finalized. They do not open member registration, sales or financial services, replace an existing agreement, or record consent by browsing.

1. Operator and scope
MKC and MKC Foundation are project names. Planned entities remain in incorporation preparation. No completed Panama or BVI incorporation, registered address, registration number or regulatory approval is represented here. The actual contracting person, address and service responsibilities will be identified before any service contract or payment is accepted.
2. Current website and separate services
This site introduces the community, artwork and ecosystem plans. Member access, DAO registration, Shop and Marketplace remain closed or Coming Soon. Browsing, following social accounts or opening Telegram does not purchase an NFT or grant membership. Meowfi, Meowlet and other external products have their own operators and terms; a project introduction does not guarantee their obligations.
3. Applications, fees and existing rights
Any future application must identify the counterparty, eligibility, price, taxes, network charges, benefits, delivery, cancellation and refund conditions before an explicit acceptance step. A wallet connection alone is not agreement to a paid service or waiver. These drafts do not retroactively change existing holders’ rights. A service-specific agreement expressly accepted for that service takes priority where lawful.
4. Community conduct and security
Do not impersonate others, publish unlawful material, harass people, infringe intellectual property, collect personal data without authority, distribute malware, bypass access controls or disrupt the site. Protect your device and credentials. Never send seed phrases, private keys, passwords or verification codes. Suspected abuse may be reported through Contact; necessary moderation must respect applicable law and existing contractual rights.
5. Artwork and NFT rights
Artwork IDs identify archive images, not released token IDs or sale availability. The collection contains 10,000 artworks, with 5,000 NFTs currently released and 5,000 reserved for future collaborations and campaigns. Most of the reserve is planned for future burning; no completed burn is represented. Viewing or holding an NFT does not by itself transfer copyright, commercial-use rights, company shares, guaranteed revenue or control of corporate decisions. Final rights require separate terms.
6. Content, feedback and external links
Text, logos and images belong to their rights holders; lawful quotation and other statutory uses remain permitted. Send only feedback you may lawfully share. Contributors retain their rights; any additional promotional or commercial use requires appropriate permission. External sites, including Telegram and X, apply their own terms and privacy practices. Future dates and concepts may change and are not guaranteed product commitments.
7. Risks and responsibility
Crypto assets and NFTs may lose value or become illiquid. Technical failures, third-party services and network fees can cause loss; no profit, principal recovery, liquidity or uninterrupted operation is promised. This information site is not personalized investment advice. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, liability for fraud or deliberate wrongdoing, or mandatory consumer remedies. There is no blanket waiver of operator duties.
8. Updates, suspension and complaints
Material changes will be dated and announced through the site and official channels before they apply where required. New terms do not retrospectively reduce accrued rights. Maintenance or proportionate measures against abuse may limit access; mandatory remedies survive. Contact identifies the current Telegram channel. Public groups are not confidential complaint channels: ask an administrator for a suitable private route before sharing personal evidence. No fixed response time is promised.
9. Panama/BVI annexes and applicable law
The following annexes are alternatives for the relevant, identified contractual operator; two conflicting governing laws are not imposed on the same obligation. The applicable operator and annex must be disclosed before a future contract is accepted. Until that allocation and the effective date are finalized, this is a published draft, not a claim that a contract has been formed with an unidentified entity. Mandatory laws and data-protection duties may apply independently of contractual choice.
Panama annex
For a contract expressly assigned to an identified Panama operator, the proposed governing law is Panama law and disputes may be brought before competent Panama courts, without excluding mandatory rights to other courts, authorities or interim relief. Relevant electronic commerce duties under Ley 51 de 2008 include accurate supplier and transaction information. Ley 81 de 2019 and Decreto Ejecutivo 285 de 2021 govern personal data where applicable. Before commercial intake, publish the actual legal name, address, applicable registrations, email/telephone and transaction conditions; a Telegram link alone does not replace required disclosures.
BVI annex
For a contract expressly assigned to an identified British Virgin Islands operator, the proposed governing law is BVI law and disputes may be brought before competent BVI courts, with mandatory remedies preserved. Electronic Transactions Act 2021 section 31 requires applicable consumer transaction information, including supplier identity, principal geographic address, electronic contact or telephone, costs and cancellation/refund conditions. Data Protection Act 2021 applies according to its scope. Incorporation or this annex does not establish a licence, VASP registration or permission to market worldwide; any required authorization must be checked before the relevant activity begins.
