Privacy Policy
These documents describe the current information website and proposed future terms. Legal entity details, allocation of Panama/BVI responsibilities and the contractual effective date are not yet finalized. They do not open member registration, sales or financial services, replace an existing agreement, or record consent by browsing.
Version: 18 October 2026 · Contractual effective date: to be announced
1. Scope and responsible operator
This notice describes the current MKC information site. The formal data-controller identity, address and dedicated rights-request contact remain in preparation and will be published before new registration or contractual processing begins. Panama and BVI duties are assessed against the actual controller and processing, rather than assuming that one country displaces the other. This notice does not describe all processing in external apps.
2. Information and purposes
Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps and browser/device information to deliver and protect the site. No enquiry form submits or stores messages here, and DAO registration is closed. If you choose Telegram, its service processes your profile and messages; information shared in a public group can be visible to others. Administrators may handle information you voluntarily provide to answer enquiries, moderate abuse or address rights requests. Do not send sensitive documents in the public group.
3. Legal basis and future collection
Processing must have a basis permitted by the applicable law, such as valid consent or a specific statutory exception. Where consent is required, it must be informed and obtained for the stated purpose; merely browsing is not consent to marketing or unrelated processing. Before opening new forms or member functions, disclose required/optional fields, consequences of not supplying data, purposes, recipients and the responsible operator. Sensitive information is not requested through this site.
6. Retention and security
Keep personal information only as long as necessary for its stated purpose, legal duties or a specific dispute; then delete or anonymize it where appropriate. Exact provider log periods and operational enquiry retention rules remain to be confirmed and must be disclosed before expanded collection. Access is limited to authorized people, with proportionate safeguards and incident response. Absolute security is not promised; incidents will be assessed and notified where required by applicable law.
7. Rights, withdrawal and complaints
To request access, correction, deletion, objection, portability or consent withdrawal, start through Contact and ask for a private rights-request route. Rights and exceptions depend on the applicable law; no unconditional right to every remedy is asserted. Verification must be proportionate and no wallet secret is needed. A withdrawal does not invalidate prior lawful processing. Applicable complaints to Panama’s ANTAI or the BVI Information Commissioner and access to courts are not restricted. Requests are handled within applicable statutory procedures.
8. Children and policy changes
Do not use this information site to submit children’s personal data or sensitive evidence. Any future age-restricted service will state its eligibility and consent requirements separately. Material changes to this notice will show an updated version and, where required, be explained before new processing or fresh consent. Current notices and Telegram contact remain accessible without connecting a wallet.
